Western Pacific’s management team is rich in experience in the environmental industries. Together, we have over 100 years of industry expertise in operations, customer service, and sales. Our knowledge in these areas and our foresight for the industry allow us to excel as leaders in sustainable practices.
Kevin Duncombe-President
Kevin began his career in the recovered fiber industry 25 years ago after receiving his BA from the University of Michigan and MBA from Western Michigan University. He moved to Los Angeles in 1990 to join Western Pacific in the export department. He became Vice President and General Manager in 1993 and President in 1998. He is past President of the Association of California Recycling Industries and is currently the President of the Paper Stock Industries and as such sits on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries in Washington. He is also the liaison between the Paper Stock Industries and the National Association of Information Destruction. Kevin is active in promoting all aspects of the recycling, document destruction and packaging industries.
John D’Ornellas-Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing
John provides over 30 years of sales, sales management, training and information technology experience. He spent 20 years in the information technology field before entering into the recycling and document destruction industries 10 years ago. His current responsibilities include overall responsibility for sales, marketing, IT and training for all divisions of the company. John earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Management from San Diego State University. He is also a certified sales and management trainer.
